Pen Drive Shows Empty When Data Exists (How To)

Welcome back again (We have moved to Trickslab.net to Trickslab.org), I have seen many people are asking about How to fix this problem, This is causes mostly because of virus (If you haven't installed any trusted anti virus client this problem may occur in your PC). I have been facing this problem since last couple of days when I put my pen drive to my college Computer. So here is the quick tutorial Showing How to Fix USB Stick Shows Empty When Data Exists

How To Fix When USB Stick Shows Empty But Data Exists

• First of all insert your USB Stick (Pen Drive).
• Then navigate to Start > Run > cmd or Press Windows+R
• Then Enter Disk name of Pen Drive ( Here My Pen Drive Disk Name is H) Example- "H:" (Press Enter Button)
• Now Type 

attrib -h -r -s /s /d h:*.* (Press Enter Button)

 Note : Replace last H with your pen drive disk name.

• Now Open your USB Stick, All your hidden files & data is now recovered.

Or In case if the files are Hidden Then you have to Follow This method.

• Click on Start Button, Then Open Control Panel.
• Then look for Folder Optons,
• Folder Options Window will be opened.
• Now Switch to View tab, Now Click on Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
• After that Click on Okay Button.
